1. Cookies

Cookies are small data or text files placed on your local computer by websites or applications. Such cookies may have different purposes. Functional cookies are distinguished (for example, when you make a choice of language or when you add purchases to your "shopping cart"), session cookies (temporary) and tracking cookies (which analyze and record the behavior that you adopt on the website in question to offer you an experience of optimal use).

The Belgian law of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications contains some provisions relating to cookies and their use on websites. The application of the Belgian law derives from the European e-Privacy Directive, which implies that the use of cookies and their regulation at the national level differ between European countries.

CrossInt is a company active on the Belgian market and therefore follows Belgian legislation in this area.
