Injextru Plastics started its extrusion unit in Tielt, Belgium in 1947, backed up by its sense of initiative, daring and belief in its own ability. Their mission is to excel in the development and making of extruded plastic profiles. Every step from the product development up to the production of it, is monitored in close cooperation with the customer and their team of specialists. By keeping all necessary steps in-house, from design, toolmaking, lab testing up to production, Injextru Plastics can assure a complete follow-up of every project.

As they want to expand in the Limburg (BE), North Limburg (NL) and Ruhr (DE) area, they are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager who will be tasked with this responsibility.

 

Function

 

  • Analyse regional market trends: opportunities, necessities, competition, pricing, financial status, political status, etc
  • Create a long term vision and strategy for this region, working closely together with the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Keep up good relations with R&D, the sales team, finance, production, etc in order to guarantee teamwork and the best quality service
  • Find new prospects in the area of responsibility
  • Build long term relations with prospects and clients: serve as their point of contact and a trustworthy partner
  • Follow up clients: visit them regularly, discover their needs and support the development of new projects
  • Make offers together with the internal partners and follow up projects at the client
  • Prepare and review the budget for the area
  • Follow up on the necessary administrative tasks

Profile

 

  • Degree in a technical/commercial field or equal through experience
  • Knowledge and passion for the technical sector
  • Experience in plastics and/or profiles is a big plus
  • Commercial experience in the B2B sector is a plus
  • Client and result oriented
  • Entrepreneurial, team player, self-motivated
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and German
