Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Waylay is a cloud technology company that builds automation software for the Internet of Things.

Waylay's data orchestration platform is used by enterprises to develop automation applications using IoT, IT and cloud data in the most flexible way.

We are looking for a junior Talent Acquisition Manager for Waylay.  

You are responsible for building out a high-performing employer branding model, discovering and attracting talent for Waylay and build out the candidate experience at Waylay.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • You define and discuss staffing needs in the organization with the internal stakeholders
  • You build up an employer branding model together with the different stakeholders
  • You onboard talent in the organization
  • You set the standards for the candidate experience and you guide the candidates through the interview process
  • You assure the inflow of qualitative candidates by setting up networks, attending to fairs and putting the Waylay brand in the market
  • You organize Assessment and Development tests for new hires.
  • You build a Talent Acquisition plan together with the different internal and external stakeholders and you set up important KPI’s and reporting tools.
  • You assist in building a good Talent Management Strategy by defining and executing interesting projects.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • You have a prior experience in recruitment. Prior experience in IT recruitment is considered a strong asset.
  • You experienced the cycle of recruitment and selection
  • You generate meaningful insights in the field of employer branding and talent management
  • You hold a master’s degree  
  • You get energized by getting everybody on board of the recruitment process
