Job

 

1. Semestrial Customer Satisfaction  

- Organise and follow-up semestrial satisfaction surveys for all Atos clients in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels

- Organize and follow-up the service review meetings per account

- Review the customer Journey mapping possibilities

- Organize the input gathered during the satisfaction Surveys and present adequate actions to improve Customer Satisfaction to the different internal and external stakeholders

 

2. Continuous Improvement

- Organize and plan in CSI activities  

- Organize statistical and data analytical evidence for logged improvements

- Monitor and report about ongoing improvement actions

- Implement a KPI roadmap and present the roadmap to the internal stakeholders

- Organize and coordinate the input received from incident management

 

3. Quality System Documentation management  

- Organize and administrate the quality DMS

- Follow-up on overdue documents and manage to completion  

- Assistance on Customer Service Review Meetings;

- Identify the structural improvements per customer and cross customer;

- Organize and manage the Complaint Management procedure and system and gather and present the information to the different stakeholders

 

Profile

 

- You have an experience of Quality Management in a service delivery context

- Broad experience in setting Quality Management systems  

- Experience in auditing is considered a strong asset

- Experience in project and/or portfolio management

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English

- Strong interest and affiliation with Information Technology  

- A certificate in PMBok, ITIL or Prince 2 is considered a strong asset
