Wim Van Kerckhove - Managing partner
Wim graduated as a Master in Political Sciences with the option International Relations and specializes in Human Resources Management.
In 1998 he started as a Research Consultant at VanRam Associates, evolved in a short time to the role of Consultant and, after the acquisition by TMP Worldwide, took over the responsibility of the IT department with a team of about 10 people. In 2001, Wim was given the opportunity to take over and restructure CrossInternational, which was only active in the secondment of technical profiles at that moment.
As Managing Partner he succeeded in expanding the company internationally with a range of services in executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and human resources consulting.
Building the right team, working in a people and customer-oriented way, organizational development and internationalization are very important to him.
Marc Ramault - Partner
Marc graduated as a Master in Psychology at the University of Ghent in 1970 and obtained an additional degree in influencing techniques. Marc worked as a Psychotherapist and Management trainer, and as a specialist in the General Court (Hof van Assisen) for 13 years. In 1984 he made a giant leap in his career by starting VanRam Associates together with Freddy Vanlancker. When in 1999 VanRam Associates was acquired by TMP Worldwide, he was asked to be Managing Director for the Benelux; a role that he filled with brilliance up to and including 2002. He became Partner at CrossInternational in 2003.
Through years of national and international experience and in-depth knowledge of various sectors, Marc is frequently asked by our customers for senior top professional executive searches and for advice on business / company / HR strategy.
Marc is passionate about improving customer satisfaction.
Frank Vervaeke - Partner
Frank graduated from the University of Ghent as a Master in (macro-)Economics in 1984. He also obtained a postgraduate degree in European Economics from the Sorbonne University in Paris and became a Master in Management (PUB) at the Vlerick Business School in Ghent.
During the first 8 years of his career, he worked as a management consultant in various sectors. Afterwards he worked for the Randstad Group for almost 20 years, where he had various C-level positions in the management team, amongst them as HR director and COO. He also has experience as a deputy director of a metropolitan hospital. He has worked for CrossInternational since 2015 and became a partner in 2017.
Frank executes executive search assignments at executive level in various sectors ain Belgium and abroad and also advises various companies, including some Belgian listed companies, on HR policy and organizational development.
Frank is passionate about combining high-touch and high-tech within HR.
Dariusz Kowalski - Managing Director Polish subsidiary
Dariusz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a Master in Marketing & Management. He dedicated the initial part of his career to Marketing in multinational FMCG corporations (Mars, L’Oreal) being responsible for the development of large brands such as Mars, Snickers, Twix, L’Oreal and Maybelline. He gained extensive international exposure while living in Paris and working for four years at the L’Oreal Headquarters where he was leading both national and regional projects managing cross functional teams in eight countries.
Subsequently Dariusz developed his professional career in sales at Coca-Cola and American Express, running Sales and Business Development departments. This part of his career enabled him to create valuable experience in B2C and B2B sales, building a vast portfolio of contacts in many respected companies and organizations in Poland.
Dariusz is fluent in Polish, English, French and Russian and has joined Cross International in 2017 as a Managing Director of the Polish & CEE subsidiary.
Elke Roels - Sourcing & recruitment manager
Elke obtained her Bachelor in HR in Ghent in 2004 and obtained a Postgraduate in Marketing afterwards. In 2007, Elke started studying at KISP, where she obtained a certified teaching degree.
Elke joined CrossInternational in 2005. She has built up extensive experience through handling executive assignments in a variety of industries, guiding and designing RPO deals, being involved in different HR projects. Her specialism is executive search and recruitment outsourcing, internationally.
In addition to her position as senior consultant, she is sourcing and recruitment manager, responsible for hiring, training and coaching of recruitment consultants in Europe.
Daniëlle Fissette - Senior consultant
Daniëlle has an entrepreuneurial spirit. Since she is passionated about food, she started at the age of 20 her own restaurant and became passionate about serving people.
She further developed her skills as an HR expert at the HR department of a municipality. For the last nine years, she was responsable for recruitment, competency management and well-being at work. She decided to move from the public sector to the private sector as she is very driven to find the right people for the right job.
Daniëlle joined CrossInternational in 2018.
Hans Van den Bossche - Senior consultant
Hans earned a Master's degree in Social Sciences at KULeuven in 2000. He started his career as at TMP Worldwide and joined CrossInternational in 2001.
Throughout the years, he has taken up a variety of responsibilities - both internal and external. While maintaining a predominant focus on his recruitment expertise, he has conducted multiple assessment & development centers and career advice tracks. Today Hans is on a regular basis involved in short and long term outsourcing tracks: he has had a leading role in the BeLux recruitment activity of a global management consulting company, implemented new HR recruitment processes within IT-banking and provided HR and recruitment advice while being staffed at a pharmaceuticals manufacturer and telecoms operator. Furthermore, Hans is often involved in C-level searches in different sectors.
Hans has been certified in KOAN-PI® testing and in RADAR® attitude-based interviewing.
Ine Eeckman - Senior consultant
After finishing her master degree in Pedagogical Sciences at Ghent University and successfully finishing the postgraduate course in Human Resources Management Ine started working at CrossInternational.
Since the very start of her recruitment career engineering has been her main focus. For this reason, it didn’t take long to outsource her to one of our high tech clients, where she took over the internal recruitment process from A to Z.
Between 2014 and 2016 Ine moved across the world to Brazil, which didn’t stop her from working for CrossInternational. Due to this move her focus slightly switched to recruiting more international and IT related profiles. Coming back to Belgium in 2017 Ine is now an all round Recruitment professional with extensive experience in recruitment from engineers, commercial professionals up to C-level executives, both on a national and international level.
Aneta Czajkowska - Consultant
Aneta graduated from English Philology at University of Bialystok obtaining her Master’s degree. During her studies she gained her first professional work experience as an assistant in Oxford University Publishing House in Bialystok.
After graduating from university, Aneta started to work as an English teacher in Poland. In 2007 having a great opportunity she moved to Japan, where she lived and worked for 7 years. That experience made her more open to other cultures and people
After that she decided to come back to Europe and lived for almost a year in Belgium working as a volunteer and learning Dutch. Since she is interested in people and is very good at building long lasting relations she decided to make a career switch to Human Resources.
She therefor joined the Cross team in 2018 as International Recruitment Consultant.
Evi Terrier - Consultant
Evi got her Master in Translation (English and French) at the University College of Ghent in 2005 and started work as a subtitler at The Subtitling Company. After two years she became proofreader and project manager, which she was for ten years.
In 2018 she decided to give her career a new turn and joined the CrossInternational team as a recruitment consultant, where she can further use and improve her communication and people skills.
Femke Bellemans - Consultant
Femke studied SME-Management at Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent. During her final year she worked as an intern at CrossInternational, after which she joined the team as a recruitment consultant.
Femke works on both RPO and Search Assignments and has gained experience in various businesses, going from chemical industry to financial services, telecom or market research, both on a national and international level.
In this role Femke has been in contact with a variety of profiles, like for example Engineers, Plant Managers, International Sales Managers, Marketing experts and C-level professionals.
Furthermore Femke is a social media enthusiast and supports the social media team of Cross International.
Katarzyna Nawrocka - Consultant
Katarzyna studied law at cardinal Stefan Wyszysi University in Warsaw and graduated with a master’s degree in 2015. She was an intern at the Office of Polish Ombudsman and at the pro bono Legal Clinic.
During her studies she started working in a debt collection department of Warsaw Housing Cooperative. After graduating from university, Katarzyna spent two years in the United States. She studied English as a Second language at San Francisco and New York and gained international work experience.
She is working at CrossInternational since 2017 on different Polish and European projects.
Kinga Fronczak - Consultant
Kinga's studying Psychology in Business at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
During her second year she worked as an intern at Ranstad, which gave her a peak in the world of recruitment. Her previous work experience always contained being among people, actively organising events for various students organizations and making her way within the sales area.
Currently she’s working on her thesis and being a part of Cross International family.
Nina Desmet - Consultant
Nina graduated in 2013 as an audiologist at the University of Ghent. After a first work experience, she decided to switch careers and in January of 2017 she joined CrossInternational. Over the course of that year she also obtained a Federgon Recruitment Certificate.
She has worked on Executive Search and RPO assignments as a recruitment Consultant. She defines and executes search strategies, contacts candidates and follows up on both candidates and clients.
In this role Nina has gained experience in a broad range of industries, going from construction to telecom and from the chemical to the automotive industry. She has focused on tracking down a wide array of profiles like IT Specialists, Marketing Managers, Export Sales Managers and C-level professionals. This for both national and international roles.
Renate Van Damme - Office & Administration manager
Renate started her career in 1979 as an administrative assistant at Philips. After the acquisition by Digital Equipment Enterprise (D.E.E.) in 1999 she became assistant to the Country- and Marketing Manager. In 1999 she started working at Mobistar as an Executive Assistant where she worked for 16 years. In 2016 she exchanged Brussels for Ghent where she started working at CrossInternational as our Office & Administration Manager.
