Wim Van Kerckhove - Managing Partner

Wim graduated as a Master in Political Sciences with the option International Relations and specializes in Human Resources Management.

In 1998 he started as a Research Consultant at VanRam Associates, evolved in a short time to the role of Consultant and, after the acquisition by TMP Worldwide, took over the responsibility of the IT department with a team of about 10 people. In 2001, Wim was given the opportunity to take over and restructure CrossInternational, which was only active in the secondment of technical profiles.

As Managing Partner he succeeded in expanding the company internationally with a range of services in executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and human resources consulting.

Building the right team, people and customer-oriented working, organizational development and internationalization are very important to him.

Marc Ramault - Partner

Marc graduated as a Master in Psychology at the University of Ghent in 1970 and obtained an additional degree in influencing techniques.

Marc worked as a Psychotherapist and Management trainer, and as a specialist in the General Court (Hof van Assisen) for 13 years. In 1984 he made a giant leap in his career by starting VanRam Associates together with Freddy Vanlancker.

When in 1999 VanRam Associates was acquired by TMP Worldwide, he was asked to be Managing Director for the Benelux; a role that he filled with brilliance up to and including 2002. He became Partner at CrossInternational in 2003.

Through years of national and international experience and in-depth knowledge of various sectors, Marc is frequently asked by our customers for senior top professional executive searches and for advice on business / company / HR strategy.

Marc is passionate about it to continually improve customer satisfaction.

Frank Vervaeke - Partner

Frank graduated from the University of Ghent as a licentiate (macro) economy in 1984. He also obtained a postgraduate degree in European economics from the Sorbonne University in Paris and became a Licentiate in Management (PUB) at the Vlerick Business School in Ghent. Frank followed the training "board and director effectiveness" at Guberna - Institute for Directors. He is a member of the board of directors of the 'Recruitment, Search & Selection' section of Federgon.

During the first 8 years of his career, he worked as a management consultant in various sectors. Afterwards he worked for the Randstad Group for almost 20 years, where he had various C-level positions in the management team. He was, among other things, HR director and COO. He also has experience as a CEO of a metropolitan hospital. He has worked for CrossInternational since 2015 and became a partner in 2017.

Frank executes executive search assignments at management level in various sectors at home and abroad and also supervised various companies, including some Belgian listed companies, on HR policy and organizational development.

Frank is passionate about combining high-touch and high-tech within HR.

Ine Eeckman - Sourcing and Recruitment Manager

After obtaining her master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Ghent and successful termination of the postgraduate course Human Resources Management, Ine went to work full-time at CrossInternational.

Since the beginning of her recruitment career, the focus has been on recruitment of engineering profiles. From there she was quickly outsourced to one of our high tech customers, where she took over the recruitment process from A to Z. Between 2014 and 2016, Ine moved to Brazil, but she continued to work for CrossInternational. Because of this move, her focus has shifted somewhat to the recruitment of international and IT related profiles.

When Ine eventually returned to Belgium in early 2017, she developed into an all-round recruitment professional with experience in recruiting engineers, commercial profiles to C-level executives, both at national and international level.

Ine is also the Sourcing and Recruitment Manager, responsible for hiring, training and coaching recruitment consultants.

Benoit Duvivier - Principal Consultant

Hans Van den Bossche - Principal Consultant

Hans holds a Masters in Political and Social Sciences. He started his career as a Research Consultant at TMP Worldwide e-Sourcing and has worked at CrossInternational since 2001.

Over the years he has been given various responsibilities - both internally and externally. With a primary focus on his recruitment activities as a Senior Consultant, he also carries out several assessment & development centers and set up quality management.

Today he is regularly involved in short- and long-term outsourcing projects. For example, he held a leading role for the Belgian and Luxembourg recruitment activities of a global management consulting company for a long period, he incorporated HR and recruitment processes within IT banking and he provided HR and selection advice during a secondment at a pharma producer.

Hans is certified in KOAN-PI ® personality tests and in RADAR ® attitude-based interviewing.

Kristof Schoenaerts - Principal Consultant

Kristof obtained a master in applied economics, a master in finance and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

He started his career with Johnson & Johnson where he held various director roles in sales and marketing. Over the course of 16 years with JNJ he lived and worked in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Turkey. He continued his career in various small and medium sized companies in the life sciences and plastics industry as a global sales director and CCO. In his last role he was the CEO of the largest Belgian healthcare distributor.

Throughout his career he has been passionate about hiring the right people for the job, experiencing first hand the difference people can make.

Kristof is a certified coach and a DISC facilitator.

Daniëlle Fissette - Senior consultant

Daniëlle has an entrepreneurial spirit. She is passionate about food. At the age of 20 she started her own restaurant and became passionate about serving people.

She further developed these skills as an HR expert in the HR department of a municipality. During the last nine years she was responsible for recruitment, competence management and well-being at work. She decided to switch from the public sector to the private sector, because she is very passionate about finding the right people for the right job.

Daniëlle joined the CrossInternational team in 2018.

Femke Bellemans - Senior Consultant

Femke Bellemans studied SME management at the Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent.

During her last year she already worked as a trainee at CrossInternational, after which she joined the team as a consultant. Femke works on RPO and Search assignments and has gained experience in various companies, ranging from chemical industry to financial services, telecom or market research, both at national and international level.

Femke has had contact with various profiles, such as engineers, factory managers, international sales managers, marketing experts and C-level professionals.

Furthermore, Femke is a social media enthusiast and supports CrossInternational's social media team.

Nikolaas Zeghers - Senior Consultant

Nikolaas graduated from the University of Ghent in 2015 as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist. He started working for CrossInternational in February 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2018 he obtained the Accelerated Management Program from Solvay Business School. In July 2018, he became an IT Project Manager at Orbid. He rejoined CrossInternational in June 2019.

Nikolaas works for different clients in different sectors. He is passioned about innovation and new technologies in the field of Human Capital and recruitment. 

Nina Desmet - Senior Consultant

Nina graduated in 2013 as an audiologist at the University of Ghent.

After a first work experience, she decided to change her career and in January 2017 she joined CrossInternational. In the course of that year she also obtained a Federgon Recruitment Certificate.

She has worked as a recruitment consultant on both Executive Search and RPO assignments. She defines and executes search strategies, contacts candidates and monitors both candidates and clients. In this role Nina has gained experience in a wide range of industries, ranging from construction to telecom and from the chemical industry to the automotive industry.

She focuses on tracing a wide range of profiles, such as IT specialists, marketing managers, export sales managers and C-level professionals. This for both national and international roles.

Caro Proesmans - Consultant

Caro studied Management Assistant at Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge and joined the family business ‘Caro Furs’ as secretary and besides that she worked abroad to learn her father's profession. Recently she opened her own shop in Sint-Truiden. As she wanted to have the opportunity to develop her commercial and social skills even more, she joined CrossInternational in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant.

Caro is a very social and culturally open-minded person, setting and achieving goals, thinking outside the box along with a structured action plan. These are her drivers to find the right people for the right job while working on Search Assignments.

Celine Vermeersch - Consultant

Celine studied Applied Psychology - Industrial & Organisational Psychology at the Thomas More University College in Antwerp. During her internship at Nextel she got to know the world of recruitment and caught the HR bug. During her summer job at Telenet, where she helped implement a new recruitment platform made by Oracle, she got to know Hans and, by extension, CrossInternational. In October 2019 she decided to join our team.

She likes to work in a team by the motto 'Alone we go fast, together we go far'. She works on both executive search and RPO assignments.

Kelsey De Nul - Consultant

Kelsey studied SME management at the Karel de Grote University College in Antwerp. After graduating in 2019, she joined CrossInternational.

Kelsey is a social person and loves to interact with people. She uses her communication skills and people knowledge in the search for suitable profiles for various vacancies. Kelsey works as a Recruitment Consultant on executive search and RPO assignments. This for general management profiles as well as C-level professionals.

Lukas Uytterhaegen - Consultant

Lukas studied History and Philosophy at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) and did an extra Master in Conflict and Development Studies at the University of Ghent.

End of 2016 he started as a Management Trainee at Lidl. His experience in discount retail ranges from cashier to internal auditor. In the spring of 2019, Lukas decided to take up a new professional challenge. 

At CrossInternational, Lukas is using his experience to carry out executive search assignments for a wide range of profiles within various sectors, both nationally and internationally. Throughout his work, Lukas focuses on customer satisfaction, openness and authenticity.

Paulina Białas - Consultant

Paulina obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2017 at the Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw. Still while studying she started to work at the mental health clinic as an office administrator. Right after graduating she became a manager of one of the clinics.

She was also responsible for managing the recruiting and training processes for the entire network of clinics in Warsaw. That’s where she learned people skills and wanted to develop it further. As she decided that she wants to get more experience in finding talents and become recruiting specialist, the next step was to start a career as an International Recruitment Consultant at CrossInternational.

Paulina Olczyk - Consultant

Paulina studied sociology at the University of Łódź. During her studies she lived in the Netherlands for six months as she wanted to gain additional professional and life experience. It was there that she first came into contact with recruitment. The job made her realise that she loves working with people and getting to know their individual stories. When she went back to Poland and finished her studies, she wanted to continue on the path that she took earlier. When she saw the position as International Recruitment Consultant at CrossInternational, she knew this would be the perfect opportunity to combine her love for recruitment with her international mindset. 

Paulina uses her experience to carry out executive search assignments for a wide range of profiles within various sectors.

Umberto Philips - Consultant

Umberto studied History and Political Science at VUB. 

After over two years of experience in the logistics sector, he decided to change tack and focus on a career in recruitment. He joined CrossInternational in November 2019. He works on both executive search and RPO assignments and focuses on a wide range of profiles in various sectors.  

Umberto enjoys team work and is eager to recruit the right people for the right job from a people-focused, pragmatic approach. 

Daisy Vandenwaeyenberg - Administration Excellence

After her studies, Daisy started in 2005 as an employee in a telecom company. Afterwards she gained a lot of administrative experience as a front desk officer when she was outsourced to a number of companies. In 2007 she started her career in the Healthcare sector where she specialised in legislation and insurability.

In September 2019 Daisy decided it was time for a more challenging job. She found it at CrossInternational where she is mainly responsible for the administration and support of the consultants.

Evi Terrier - Administration Excellence

Evi obtained a master's degree in English and French as a translator at the Hogeschool Gent in 2005 and immediately started working as a subtitler at The Subtitling Company. After two years, she became editor-in-chief and project manager, a position she held for ten years.

In 2018 she decided to give her career a new direction and she joined the CrossInternational team as a recruitment consultant, where she can further deploy and develop her people knowledge and communication skills.

Renate Van Damme - Administration Excellence

Renate started at Philips NV in 1979 as an administrative employee. Upon takeover in 1999 by Digital Equipment Enterprise (D.E.E.), she was appointed as assistant to the Country and Marketing Manager.

In 1999 she started as an Executive Assistant at Mobistar, where, after a career of 16 years and having worked in Brussels, she had the opportunity to shift her horizons to Ghent. Where she has been working since January 2016 as our Office & Administration Manager.
