Julia Z is a dedicated and passionate person currently doing her second bachelor's degree in business management - HR at Warsaw University. Previously she obtained bachelor's degree in american Studies She is an active member of the Magpress Academic Association, where she helps in the HR department and writes articles for the Magiel magazine. With a keen interest in research and interpersonal skills, Julia is looking for opportunities to further enrich her experience and develop her career at CrossInt.

She prioritizes people's well-being and strives to satisfy both clients and candidates. Her passion for exploring different cultures and learning languages has led her to work in an international team, mainly in the Warsaw office or the home office in Uruguay.

Besides her work, Julia enjoys cooking and traveling, especially to Latin American countries, which she finds fascinating. Her life motto is to take on any challenges that come your way. Julia's dream job would be to switch roles with Robert Makłowicz, a Polish cook, journalist and traveler, as he travels the world, exploring new cultures and cooking regional dishes.
