This is Senne, who was certainly on his way to becoming a science prodigy. However, midway through, he decided that laboratories weren’t his cup of tea. Not enough excitement, according to him.

Driven by the need to work in a people-centered environment, he began his career at Manpower Group, where over the next five years, he would develop into a specialist in recruiting operational supply chain profiles.

To further deepen this specialization, he decided in 2019 to join the ranks of Stroom, allowing him to focus more on headhunting supply chain & operations management and executives. As one of the first on board, he helped build the organization and eventually managed his own team.

Science taught him that development can never stop. His fascination with interdepartmental dynamics, a people-oriented approach, (r)evolutions, developments in business management, and how an executive today should have his or her strategy in place endlessly intrigue him. Hence, the decision to grow further in the world of executive search under the wings of a specialist like Cross International was an easy one.

Senne will mainly work from our Antwerp office and will be a key point of contact regarding direct & executive search within Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing & General Management.  

In his spare time, Senne loves to break free from societal constraints by seeking out adrenaline. He has been training judo for years, enjoys freediving, spearfishing, surfing, and so on. Life should be enough ‘Rock & Roll’, so he lives by the words of Sam Fender: "Spice up your life, who would want anything else?"
