Aleksandra is a highly motivated person with a bachelor's degree in linguistics and a master's degree in project management from SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). She started her career in an international company as an office assistant.

In June 2022, Aleksandra joined CrossInt to make a significant impact on the company and develop her interpersonal skills. She believes that a friendly approach to people is the most important feature in a recruitment process. Aleksandra works mainly in the Warsaw office and finds connecting with people and learning about their experiences the most exciting part of her job. She enjoys getting to know the performance of potential candidates and verifying their suitability for a particular position.

Outside work, Aleksandra's biggest hobby is ballroom dancing. She has trained in this sport for eight years and has participated in many Polish dance tournaments, winning several medals. For her, dancing is a source of freedom and a break from everyday life. Aleksandra's life motto is "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger which reflects her determination to overcome challenges and come out stronger.
