Bart Verreydt
Senior Partner

Bart studied Business Management & Marketing at UCLL Leuven after which he started his career in 1999 at 3M BeNeLux in various Marketing positions in different B2B departments. He worked his way up quickly and quickly gained people management and P&L management. At the same time, he also obtained postgraduate degrees in sales management and financial controlling from HUB/EHSAL, while also completing several advanced leadership programs at Vlerick and 3M US academy and becoming a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
In mid-2013 he moved to Kimberly-Clark Healthcare as Sales Operations Director EMEA, where he was responsible for the entire EMEA back office organization. After 3 months in this role, he was asked to lead the spin-off of the Healthcare division from Kimberly-Clark and launch the new standalone company called Halyard Health. Bart was part of the Halyard Health leadership team and was statutory managing director of all EMEA legal entities (6) as of November 2014. After the successful completion of the spin-off, he became Director Sales & Marketing EMEA for the Surgical & Infection Prevention Division with a P&L responsibility of >100 M$ and a team of >50 FTE. He achieved a strategic turnaround in terms of profitability and successfully prepared to carve out and sell this division to Owens & Minor.
Upon completion of the carve out, Bart was promoted to Vice President & General Manager EMEA with a P&L responsibility of >250M $ and full strategic responsibility. Human capital management for a team of 350 FTE (including a factory) and building a new corporate culture (with a lot of attention for people), and change management for the combined Halyard Health and Owens & Minor organizations. He also became a member of the board of directors of Arabian Medical Products Manufacturing Company (Enayah), a joint venture in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia (personal protective equipment factory with >700 FTE and >50M$ turnover).
After a very instructive adventure of 8 years at K-C, Halyard and Owens & Minor, Bart decided to leave the corporate world and reorient to the more entrepreneurial world and joined the Antwerp scale-up Iristick where he became CCO and focused on the further expanding & scaling international growth (Europe & US) and developing a strong Sales & Marketing organization and setting up more structured processes. After more than a year, most of the hard work has been done and Bart was given the opportunity to become a senior Senior Partner at CrossInternational. A choice of the heart, because he likes to work with people and share his knowledge. As an advocate of high employee satisfaction, customer focus, diversity and inclusion, he strongly believes that this is an important factor in achieving organizational growth and ultimately business growth.
