With a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and a Vlerick degree in Marketing, Bert started his professional career in Belgium's largest fruit cooperative in the early nineties. Various sales and management positions followed one another, always in an international context. Bert draws his expertise from various sectors, but Food and Retail remain his greatest passion. During two years as senior advisor Internationalization at Voka, he also got the taste for focusing on growth companies in their organization and development.
After a few years as commercial director at a leading frozen food company, part of an Austrian listed group, Bert decided to make a complete change and become a recruitment consultant. His knowledge of the international business world, people manager and .... "bridge builder" give him a solid backpack of experience.
