Charlotte Gryson

Charlotte obtained a Master's degree in Moral Sciences from Ghent University in 2021. Throughout her studies she worked as an all-round employee at Origin'O Drongen and continued in this position after graduation.
Because of her commercial experience and interest in psychosocial topics Charlotte decided to start a career within the HR sector. In February 2022 she started as a Recruitment Consultant at CrossInternational. She carries out assignments within Executive Search for a wide range of profiles within diverse sectors.
Charlotte likes to think about recruitment in a creative and open-minded way. She always starts from a people-oriented approach and a positive mindset to find the ideal candidate for the job.
