Luc Van Dessel
Luc graduated as Master in Psychology and Master in Communication Science at the University of Ghent.
Luc started his career in 1992 in public relations, where he supported several clients regarding their internal and external communication. In 1997 he had the opportunity to start as a corporate communications & investor relations manager at Innogenetics, one of the Belgian pioneers in biotechnology at the time.
In 2003, he switched to HR management at Innogenetics until he was given the opportunity in 2006 by Randstad Sourceright to implement one of the first Belgian end-to-end outsourcing of recruitment at Siemens in Belgium and Luxembourg. Until 2018, Luc was responsible within Randstad Sourceright for the implementation and day-to-day follow-up of several clients who had outsourced their recruitment such as Daikin Europe, ING, Worldline, TP Vision and Vf Europe.
After a year of working as an independent consultant on a talent acquisition project at Daikin Europe, Luc joined CrossInternational in 2020 to further expand the recruitment outsourcing division. Luc is dedicated to helping large and small companies to realise their business plans in a scarce labour market. This is achieved by providing tailor-made solutions and, if necessary, a full service in terms of both a local and international recruitment approach.
