Sylvie

Meet Sylvie, she studied clinical and developmental psychology at Ghent University.
On the basis of an additional course in human resources management, she came into contact with a direct search agency. After her internship, she started working as a consultant, where she acted as a 'headhunter' for various profiles. At the beginning of November 2021, she came on board at CrossInt. Sylvie is responsible for supporting the partners as well as some senior consultant colleagues in research. The feeling that a candidate accepts a contract proposal and that she has really found the right person for a position drives her.
In her spare time, she enjoys going out to dinner with friends, travelling and dancing. But most of all, she indulges herself on the djembé. She is a real ‘bon vivant’ because a day without laughter is a day not lived!
