For one of our clients we are looking for a:

Learning & Development Expert

Function

As Learning & Development Expert you will endorse the worldwide sales team and have strategic importance at group level.

You own the core models for commodity and pricing including the communication to stakeholders. Your main tasks will be:

 

  • Provide high impact, best practice, integrated learning programs to enable the sales staff to achieve excellence in all areas.
  • Diagnose, map and analyze training needs in coordination with business managers and prioritize implementation of training.
  • Design and execute needs-based training content to improve skills across business units, monitoring on progress.
  • Be the content owner of all internal and external training programs for commercial staff.
  • Co-create with the different business units to effectively deliver and implement a Learning & Development program.
  • Help deliver or facilitate internal training sessions.

 

Profile

 

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in social sciences, psychology, human resources management or another relevant field.
  • A few years of professional work experience, preferably in Learning & Development.
  • Proven track-record of producing or coordinating impactful training programs.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and to set a vision for the organization.
  • Pragmatic, action-oriented and impact driven.
  • Executive level presentation skills with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with online training and mixed media is a plus.
